Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in Richmond, Virginia, is seeking an experienced Corporate IT Deskside and VIP support specialist to deliver white-glove IT service to C-Suite executives and their assistants.

The role includes managing Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365 apps, Outlook, Teams, and collaboration tools, plus AD/Entra ID, VPN/MFA, MDM (Intune), and ITSM with ServiceNow; you will support hybrid meetings, boardrooms, and high-profile events.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Corporate IT Deskside Support in an enterprise environment.
• 3+ years of Executive/VIP Support delivering white-glove service.
• Strong Windows 10/11 and Microsoft 365 expertise.
• Hands-on experience with Teams Rooms, Zoom Rooms, Webex.
• Knowledge of Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), VPN, MFA.
• MDM experience with Intune and mobile device troubleshooting.
• ITSM experience with ServiceNow for incidents and assets.
• Hardware deployment, imaging, and asset lifecycle management.
• High-touch support in executive offices and boardrooms.
• Support for hybrid meetings and executive events.

Responsibilities

• Provide white-glove IT support to C-Suite executives and assistants.
• Act as primary contact and escalation point for executive tech issues.
• Resolve hardware, software, mobility, networking, and collaboration problems.
• Deliver onsite, remote, and travel support for executive users.
• Configure and maintain executive laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
• Manage executive spare inventory and rapid replacements.
• Support Windows 10/11, M365 apps, VPN, MFA, Wi-Fi, printers, docks.
• Troubleshoot Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint, and collaboration tools.
• Maintain executive support docs, knowledge articles, requirements.
• Record incidents and asset info using ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.
• Oversee hardware refreshes, office moves, onboarding/offboarding.
• Monitor conference rooms and AV equipment for uptime.
