Job summary

Inceed, L.L.C. is seeking a Desk side Support Analyst in Midland, Texas for a contract role to keep hardware, software, and workplace technology running smoothly. You’ll support end users, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deployments in a dynamic IT environment.

The ideal candidate holds a BS in computer science or equivalent, has 3+ years of desktop support, and is proficient with Windows 10 and Office 365, Windows Server, and directory services. Travel up to 40% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent
• 3+ years of desktop support experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Office 365
• Experience supporting Windows Server environments
• Understanding of Exchange integration and directory services
• Ability to troubleshoot connectivity in complex environments
• Experience with ITIL-based service management tools
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Valid passport and ability to travel within North America

Position: Desk side Support Analyst

Compensation: $ 30 – 40 /hour, depending on experience

Location: Midland, Texas

Inceed has partnered with a great company to help find a skilled Desk side Support Analyst to join their team!

This is a fantastic contract opportunity for an experienced desktop support professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting end users, and working across a dynamic technical environment. You’ll play a key role in keeping hardware, software, and workplace technology running smoothly while supporting projects, deployments, and day-to-day user needs.

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

• Provide responsive support to end users across desktop technologies
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and operating system issues
• Support printers, scanners, phones, and wireless devices
• Assist with imaging and deployment of computers and laptops
• Coordinate upgrades, patching, and build activities
• Travel to field sites for maintenance and inventory support

• Exposure to Terminal Boss or Bourque Data Systems
• Experience with remote access and desktop deployment tools
• Knowledge of software management and project tracking tools
• Background supporting mobility and collaboration technologies
• Experience in a highly regulated or operational environment
