Job summary

SmartRecruiters, Inc. seeks an intermediate IT repair technician for a full-time on-site role in the United States. You will troubleshoot and repair a range of end-user devices and provide desk-side support.

Responsibilities include servicing PCs/desktops/laptops/tablets/printers, supporting VIPs, IMAC activities, and following ITIL-based procedures while maintaining professional conduct and exemplary customer service.

Qualifications

• Requires 2-4 years of relevant experience or technical school certification.
• Maintain all required OEM certifications as directed by Management.
• Understanding of ITIL methodologies is preferred.
• A+ certification is desired.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoots and repairs PCs, desktops, laptops, tablets and printers in an end-user environment.
• Provides support to VIP clients.
• Handles change management requests including installing new PC equipment and desk-side support.
• Performs IMAC (Install/Move/Add/Change) activities.
• Delivers desk-side support and maintains professional service standards.
• Communicates proactively with end-users and service desk about arrivals, estimates and status.
• Follows documented service operations policies and procedures and performs other duties as needed.
