Euromarket Designs, Inc., the company behind Crate and Barrel and CB2, seeks a Team Leader for Design & Trade to drive daily operations, coach the team, and boost sales through customer-focused service and trade initiatives.

You will oversee design desk operations, mentor staff, and partner with the Design Coordinator on appointments and merchandising. The role requires strong leadership, effective communication, and a passion for design services.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload as determined with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support performance and development for the designated team to encourage growth.
• Provide specific feedback about performance to associates and share observations with leadership.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visuals, and procedures.
• Understand and follow company systems, policies, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Promote sales as they pertain to the position and act as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Communicate regularly with leadership to review business results and customer feedback.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
