Job summary

Crate & Barrel is seeking an Assistant Store Leader - Design & Trade to drive growth through leadership, exceptional client experiences, and elevated design services. You will oversee design services and trade, develop strategies, and lead a team through onboarding and coaching.

The role focuses on KPI analysis, achieving timely design deliverables, and maintaining a consistent brand experience for every client, while training staff to deliver outstanding service and support across channels.

Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office, Google applications, computer systems and tablet devices.
• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and ensure execution of plans store-wide.
• Align with management on store goals and initiatives for all associates.
• Establish and communicate metrics for sales, operations, and training.
• Analyze daily/weekly/monthly KPIs to drive sales, productivity and budget.
• Promote sales through leadership as Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Communicate with management on sales, customer feedback, and training.
• Foster teamwork and safe, respectful, efficient collaboration.
• Coach and develop associates to grow talent and performance.
• Ensure gracious, quick, and consistent service to every client.
• Other duties as assigned.
