Job summary

Crate & Barrel in Florida is seeking a Team Leader – Design Services & Trade to guide daily operations of the design and trade business, coaching the team to deliver outstanding service and meet sales goals. You will drive in-store customer experience through CBHCC initiatives, clienteling, and design service appointments.

You will oversee the design desk, manage sales aids and appointments, and collaborate with the Design Coordinator on replenishment and operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-Time roles: open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Experience on the sales floor and in design/trade environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage associate workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong visible presence.
• Support development for the designated team to encourage professional growth.
• Provide timely feedback about performance to associates and share observations with leadership.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, customer service, operations, visual, policies and procedures.
• Ensure familiarity with company systems, policies and procedures including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
• Promote sales as they pertain to the Leader On Duty role.
• Review business results and customer feedback with leadership.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
