Job summary

You’ll lead, mentor, and develop the team, focusing on business development in Trade and pipeline management, with accountability for store KPIs and design services performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and tablet devices.
• Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to coach and develop team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead designated team and manage workload in partnership with the Assistant Store Leader.
• Coach associates on performance and maintain a strong presence in the department.
• Support performance development for the team to encourage growth.
• Provide timely feedback and share observations with leadership.
• Train and develop associates on product knowledge, selling, and customer service.
• Maintain awareness of company systems, policies, and loss prevention guidelines.
• Promote sales initiatives and act as Leader On Duty (LOD).
• Communicate regularly with leadership to review results and feedback.
• Ensure customers receive gracious, quick, and efficient service.
