Qualifications

• 2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Full-time role with flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In collaboration with the Store Leader, manage workload and execute plans across the store.
• Align with management on store goals and company initiatives for all associates.
• Communicate metrics and expectations for sales, operations, safety, and training.
• Analyze reports and prepare data on sales, productivity, and budget.
