2+ years customer service or retail leadership experience.
Experience with design services is a plus.
Strong communication and team-building skills.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the Store Leader to manage workload and execute store plans across the area.
Align with management on store goals and initiatives for all associates.
Set and communicate critical metrics for sales, visuals, operations, safety, and training.
Analyze reports daily/weekly/monthly to inform sales, productivity, and budget.
Promote sales as Leader on Duty (LOD) and ensure strong customer experiences.
Lead weekly store walk-throughs and follow up with the team.
Foster teamwork and safe, respectful, efficient work across all staff.
Coach and develop associates to build bench strength.
Ensure gracious, quick, and courteous service for all customers.
Perform other duties as assigned.
