You’ll hire, train, and develop a designer team, set performance expectations, and analyze KPIs to improve sales, service, and on-time design deliverables. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service or retail leadership experience.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Google applications.
• Ability to work full-time with nights, weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage workload and execute store strategies across the store.
• Align with management on goals and initiatives.
• Establish and communicate metrics and expectations.
• Analyze reports on sales, productivity and budget.
• Promote sales and act as Leader on Duty (LOD).
• Communicate with management on sales, customer feedback and training.
• Collaborate with reports to enhance customer experience and teamwork.
• Coach and develop store associates for growth.
• Ensure gracious, quick, efficient service to customers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
