Chime is hiring a Product Manager for the AI & App Experience (AAX) team, focusing on design systems. You’ll own strategy and execution for design-system capabilities, partnering with Design and Engineering to build cohesive app experiences. The role emphasizes cross-team alignment, data-driven prioritization, and exploring AI-enhanced design workflows.

You’ll drive adoption across multiple teams, define success metrics, and balance speed with durable foundations to elevate the member experience.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager.
• Experience owning complex products, platforms, or internal systems from strategy through execution.
• Experience working on design systems, developer platforms, or horizontal capabilities.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into a clear strategy and measurable outcomes.
• Strong partnership with Product Design and Engineering and technical fluency.
• Proven track record adopting shared platforms across teams with influence.
• Data, research, and user feedback-driven prioritization to deliver value.
• Experience balancing near-term delivery with durable foundations.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for design-system capabilities within AAX.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to evolve components, patterns, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve how teams discover, adopt, and contribute to the design system.
• Translate internal needs into priorities, requirements, and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across product areas for shared platform and team needs.
