Chime Financial, Inc is hiring a Product Manager for the AI & App Experience (AAX) team, focusing on design systems. You will own strategy and execution for design-system capabilities, collaborating with Design and Engineering to create scalable, cohesive app experiences across Chime.

You will translate cross-team needs into prioritized roadmaps, with measurable outcomes. You will drive adoption across multiple product areas, define success metrics, and explore how AI can improve design-system

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience in technology environments.
• Experience owning complex products, platforms, or internal systems from strategy through execution.
• Experience with design systems, UI frameworks, or shared product infrastructure.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration with product design and engineering.
• Data-driven prioritization using user feedback and research.

Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for design-system capabilities.
• Collaborate with Design and Engineering to evolve components, patterns, tooling, and infrastructure.
• Identify opportunities to improve adoption and balance consistency with flexibility for teams.
• Translate internal user needs into clear priorities, requirements, and outcomes.
