Job summary

Chime seeks a Product Manager to lead design-system capabilities within the AI & App Experience (AAX) team in San Francisco. You will own strategy and execution across design-system tooling, patterns, and components to improve member experiences and accelerate product delivery.

You’ll partner with Design and Engineering to create scalable foundations, define success metrics, and explore how AI can enhance design-system work, balancing consistency with team agility.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a Product Manager, with a track record of leading complex products or internal platforms.
• Experience owning strategy through execution in a tech environment.
• Experience with design systems, developer platforms, or horizontal capabilities used by multiple teams.
• Ability to translate ambiguous problems into a clear strategy, roadmap, and measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with product design and engineering, navigating architecture and UX tradeoffs.
• Experience driving adoption of shared products across teams and influencing without formal authority.
• Use of data and customer feedback to prioritize investments and prove value.
• Ability to balance near-term delivery with durable, scalable foundations.
