The role emphasizes strong communication, product knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting sales targets. Full-time availability is preferred, with weekend flexibility as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or luxury home design is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in-store and in-home with design consultations to drive sales.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and product lines to meet sales goals.
• Deliver high-level service including gift wrap, registry, special orders and deliveries.
• Demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment.
