Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and guide them through design decisions. You’ll close sales at the checkout, present design plans, and promote ongoing engagement with the Brand.

You will use design expertise to assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home, measuring spaces and creating personalized design plans to fit lifestyle and space. This role emphasizes customer service and product knowledge across the design studio

Qualifications

Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
Ability to coordinate and complete complex large orders across sales channels.
Experience in working with design elements and home styling.

Responsibilities

Assist clients one-on-one in-store and via in-home consultations to drive sales.
Accurately measure and assess living spaces for design plans.
Create and present design plans based on client needs and spaces.
Maintain knowledge of sales and promotions to meet or exceed goals.
ProvideWorld-class service: gift wrap, registry, orders, special requests, and furniture orders.
Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
