Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers in-store and during in-home consultations, helping them express their style and complete sales at the cash wrap.

You will apply design expertise, present plans based on client needs, and stay current on promotions to meet sales goals while delivering exceptional service to a diverse clientele. This role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and weekend availability; bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus for

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.
• Strong communication, clienteling and follow-up skills.
• Bilingual English/Mandarin is a plus.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one on one consultations in-store and in-home to drive store sales.
• Measure and assess client living spaces for design needs.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions to achieve sales goals.
• Provide world-class service including gift wrap, registry, orders, and furniture requests.
• Demonstrate product knowledge of the design studio assortment.
