Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco seeks a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and close sales at the cash wrap. You will assist clients in one-on-one consultations, create design plans, and promote ongoing engagement with the brand.

You will demonstrate product knowledge across the design studio assortment, handle gift services, and help coordinates orders across channels while delivering world-class service in a busy retail environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and clienteling skills.
• Ability to complete and coordinate complex large orders across sales channels.
• Experience in design principles or aesthetics preferred.
• Proven ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a retail setting.
• 1–2 years of customer service and retail sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in one-on-one consultations in-store and in-home regarding living space design to drive store sales.
• Perform in-home consultations including measuring and assessing client spaces.
• Create and present design plans based on client needs and space.
