Williams-Sonoma, Inc. in San Francisco, CA is seeking a Design Studio Specialist to inspire customers and guide them through the shopping experience from consultation to sale.

You will promote ongoing engagement with the Brand and support high-value, personalized design services. You will manage in-store and in-home design consultations, measure spaces, present tailored plans, and leverage current promotions to meet or exceed sales goals.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, clienteling and customer follow-up skills.
• Ability to coordinate complex orders and multi-channel sales.
• Experience in retail sales and customer service is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Utilize design expertise to assist clients in one on one consultations in the store and in-home regarding the design of their living spaces to drive store sales
• Perform productive in-home consultations including the ability to accurately measure and assess the client's living space
• Create and present design plans based on client's needs, style, preferences and living space
• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions to achieve and exceed sales and productivity goals
• Assist customers with services including gift wrap, gift registry, orders, special orders, back orders, and furniture orders
• Demonstrate superior product knowledge of the design studio assortment
