Havenly, a leading interior design service, invites a Design Expert to deliver a premium customer experience and drive sales at its Seattle Studio. In-store and virtual consultations will build tailored furniture selections and mood boards, guiding clients from inquiry to purchase with expert design insights.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in the Interior Design and/or home furnishings industry; able to speak to mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric mindset with a track record of sales conversions.
• Team player who collaborates to hit shared goals and drive individual success.
• Organized and efficient; manages multiple clients and timelines.
• Tech-savvy; proficient with Canva, design software, Google Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Adaptable to a fast-paced, startup-like environment.
• Passionate about design and current interior trends.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the entire customer journey from inquiry to purchase execution.
• Identify opportunities to enhance sales and improve customer experience within the studio.
• Master product details and guide clients through purchasing decisions.
• Create mood boards and ensure proper sizing of all pieces; 2D/3D design experience a plus.
• Follow up with clients post-purchase to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Act as a brand ambassador to build local customer relationships in Seattle, WA.
