Havenly is expanding its Interior Define Studio in Charlotte, NC and seeking a sales-driven Design Expert to deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. You’ll engage clients in-store and virtually, consult on furniture selections and design choices, and guide the full purchasing journey with expertise in mood boards and floor plans.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in Interior Design/home furnishings; able to discuss mood boards and floor plans for clients.
• Strong customer-centric approach and ability to convert sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly sales targets through excellent service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the full customer journey from inquiry to purchase, ensuring a smooth experience.
