Havenly is expanding its Interior Define Studio team in Los Angeles, CA, seeking a sales‑driven Design Expert. You will deliver a high‑end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth, consulting on furniture and design, and guiding clients through mood boards and space planning.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in furniture or interior design sales, strong client focus, and a collaborative spirit.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in interior design and home furnishings; mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric mindset with focus on sales conversions.
• Team-oriented with ability to meet shared goals.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets via consultative selling.
• Organized and efficient, managing multiple clients and projects.
• Tech-savvy with Canva, design software, Google Suite; CRM preferred.
• Adaptable to fast-paced, startup-like environments.
• Passion for staying current with interior design trends.

Responsabilités

• Achieve sales targets by delivering exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the entire sales process from inquiry to purchase execution.
• Identify opportunities to boost sales and improve the studio experience.
• Master product offerings and design services to guide purchasing decisions.
• Create 2D/3D mood boards and ensure proper sizing of furniture pieces.
• Maintain proactive follow-up with clients post-purchase to foster loyalty.
• Act as a brand ambassador to build local customer relationships in Los Angeles.
