Havenly is seeking a Design Expert for our Baltimore Studio to deliver a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. You’ll engage clients in-store and virtually, consult on furniture and design options, and own the end-to-end sales process.

Ideal candidates have 2–3 years in sales within furniture or interior design, with a strong customer focus, organizational skills, and comfort with design mood boards and planning software.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in interior design or home furnishings; able to discuss mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric approach with a track record of sales conversions.
• Able to collaborate in a team and drive individual sales.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed monthly sales quotas through exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections and design choices.
• Own the full customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
