• 2–3 years of sales experience, preferably in furniture or interior design.
• Interior Design experience and ability to create mood boards and floor plans.
• Customer-centric approach with focus on sales conversion.
• Team player with ability to meet shared goals.
• Tech-savvy with Canva, floor planning software, Google Suite; CRM experience preferred.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced startup-like environment.

Responsabilités

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales quotas with strong service.
• Consult clients in-store and virtually on furniture selections.
• Own the full sales process from inquiry to purchase.
• Drive sales growth and improve customer experience in the studio.
• Master product offerings and design services to guide purchases.
• Create room designs with 2D/3D mood boards.
• Follow up post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
• Engage with the Seattle community as a brand ambassador.
