Havenly, Inc. in Charlotte, NC invites a Design Expert to join our Interior Define Studio, delivering a high-end, personalized customer experience while driving sales growth. Engage clients in-store and virtually, guide selections, and own the sales journey.

You’ll master product details, create mood boards and floor plans, and act as a brand ambassador in Charlotte, building local relationships. Must be design-minded, service-driven, and goal-oriented in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of sales experience in furniture or interior design.
• Experience in Interior Design or home furnishings with mood boards/floor plans.
• Customer-centric with a track record of sales conversions.
• Tech-savvy with Canva and design software; comfortable with new platforms.
• CRM experience preferred; able to manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Achieve Sales Targets: Meet and exceed monthly quotas with exceptional service and product knowledge.
• Client Consultations: Engage in-store and virtual consultations, guiding selections to client needs.
• Lead the Sales Process: Own the customer journey from inquiry to purchase.
• Drive Sales Growth: Identify opportunities to enhance sales and improve the studio experience.
• Product Expertise: Master product offerings and design services for informed decisions.
• Spatial Planning & Design Mood Board Creation: Create room plans and mood boards; 2D/3D design experience a plus.
• Follow-Up & Retention: Maintain proactive communication post-purchase to encourage repeat business.
• Market Engagement: Act as a brand ambassador and build local relationships in Charlotte, NC.
