Job summary

You will partner with EPS.xd leadership, report to the Chief of Staff for EPS.xd, and help build authentic relationships while leveraging AI tools to enhance outcomes and drive efficiencies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategy to address complex design challenges for a large organization.
• Advise and influence peers and leaders on operational excellence that uplifts experience and business goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams of design program managers, operations professionals, designers, and resources.
• Ensure adherence to design standards, practice management, and delivery principles.
