Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or Military experience.
• At least 8 years of project management experience.
• At least 3 years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategy for a large design organization.
• Lead cross-functional teams of design program managers, operations professionals, designers and project resources.
• Partner with design leadership to scale impact and manage portfolios.
• Drive metrics on design impact and experience health.
