Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or Military experience
• 8 years of project management experience
• 3 years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Develop operational strategy to address complex business challenges in a large design organization
• Advise and influence peers, design leaders, and business leaders on operational excellence
• Lead cross-functional teams of design program managers, operations professionals, designers, and project resources
• Ensure adherence to and evolution of design standards and delivery principles
• Provide leadership in human-centered strategy, research, alignment, analysis, and change management
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and other partners to improve products and experiences
• Advocate for the design process and scale impact through portfolio management
• Craft and execute allocation, resourcing, and prioritization to drive experience outcomes
