Qualifications

• At least 6 years of experience in design management, project or program management of design deliverables and operations.
• Proven track record leading cross-functional project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with design leadership on people and business operations, including budget, KPI/OKR, headcount and partner management.
• Scale processes and programs to drive operational rigor and sustainable design delivery.
• Mentor teams and share design operations expertise across functions.
• Advance design quality by applying design thinking and bridging gaps between teams.
• Communicate persuasively to advocate the impact of design to leadership.
• Identify and implement changes to design process, tools, and asset management for efficiency.
• Define and measure both qualitative and quantitative design quality metrics and track over time.
• Plan ahead with resource and capacity strategies to meet future design challenges.
• Partner with design leadership on high-impact opportunities and resolve roadblocks.
• Develop resourcing and program management routines to meet goals and objectives.
• Provide clear status updates to cross-functional leadership on priorities and risks.
