JP Morgan Chase in New York City seeks a Design Operations Manager, Vice President, to plan and govern day-to-day workflow supporting digital design programs across Digital Customer Experience.

You will partner with design leads, product, technology, and finance to align resources, improve governance and delivery transparency while scaling best practices and AI-enabled tooling. This role emphasizes solving the right problems as tooling evolves.

Competenze

• 5+ years of project/program management or design operations experience with digital UX design teams.
• Fluent in Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies.
• Proficient with delivery/ops tooling (e.g., Jira, Monday.com) for transparency and reporting.
• Excellent communication: synthesize status into clear narratives and dashboards.
• Ability to build plans, prioritize work, and drive execution across multiple streams.
• Strong problem solving: structure ambiguity and translate insights into solutions.
• Highly organized and proactive; coordinate cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Cross-functional collaboration with influence without authority; stakeholder management.
• Adaptable to change; passionate about customer-centric design and continuous growth.
• Familiarity with design and AI-assisted tools (e.g., Figma, GitHub Copilot).

• Oversight and management of a digital product portfolio, prioritization, and staffing.
• Define readiness criteria and ensure problem definition, scope and ownership are clear.
• Lead cross-team dependency and issue management; facilitate sessions and offer options.
• Maintain portfolio visibility and enable timely tradeoffs with leadership.
• Translate demand into capacity and resourcing plans; ensure clear handoffs.
• Guide end-to-end execution with design, product, tech leads and scrum masters.
