Job summary

You will collaborate with product, design, and tech partners to evolve interfaces that empower teams and clients with scalable, accessible experiences. You will mentor junior designers, lead experience strategy, and champion inclusive design across complex business domains while aligning with enterprise Agile practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in user experience design or similar roles.
• Experience delivering design solutions in complex business domains.
• Experience with scaled Agile / enterprise ways of working.
• Strong emphasis on inclusive design principles and accessibility.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver engaging, user-centered experiences for B2B applications used by institutional banking clients.
• Oversee implementation of design standards across product suites and champion design.
• Iterate based on user feedback and data insights to improve UX.
• Participate in design strategy and roadmapping with product, design and tech partners.
• Analyze market trends and user research to inform design decisions.
