Job summary

The Lovesac Company in Coralville, IA is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, demonstrate products, and drive sales in a fast-paced, brand-driven environment. You will build relationships, deliver exceptional service, and represent Lovesac with integrity while meeting daily goals and upholding store standards and safety policies.

Responsibilities include opening/closing, inventory, and using CRM tools to follow up with customers.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift. Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) and assemble furniture on the selling floor.

• Drive results by building genuine connections that fuel loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs and deliver exceptional service.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience delivering compelling brand tours and confidently closing sales.
• Take ownership of your performance and meet or exceed sales goals and KPIs.
