Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver results, and help design products for customers' spaces in a fast-paced retail setting. You’ll be approachable, positive, and represent Lovesac with integrity to ensure a great brand experience.

You’ll greet clients, drive conversions, and build lasting relationships, while learning product details and contributing to a customer-first culture that emphasizes the Lovesac Total Comfort™ experience.

Qualifications

• 18+ years of age.
• Minimum 1 year retail or customer service experience.
• Able to work during weekends, holidays and nights.
• Proficient with technology for sales and customer support.
• Must be willing to travel to local stores as needed.
• Demonstrate judgment, integrity and trust in handling transactions.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and sell while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong pipeline.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey from needs discovery to closing.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and create engaging brand tours and education.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution.
