Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers and design solutions that fit living spaces. You will deliver exceptional service, present Lovesac products, and guide customers through their shopping journey on the floor.

Ideal candidates are energetic, approachable, and able to work weekends and peak periods. The role emphasizes relationship-building, product storytelling, and achieving sales metrics while upholding Lovesac brand standards.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must be able to work during high-traffic periods, weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Ability to use technology for sales and customer support, including demonstrating products and CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores and for meetings as required.
• Excellent judgment, integrity, and ability to handle customer data securely.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy, sell using the Lovesac process, maintain a personal quote pipeline, and follow up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to drive loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
• Own the customer journey end-to-end, uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge and create a fun, engaging experience while closing sales.
• Meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs through disciplined execution and decision-making.
• Represent Lovesac values by maintaining an inclusive, respectful environment for customers and teammates.
