Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to energize customers in-store, deliver exceptional service, and guide shoppers through Lovesac products and the buying journey. You will build authentic connections, demonstrate product knowledge, and close sales while maintaining a positive brand experience across peak periods.

You will operate in a fast-paced retail environment, work weekends and holidays as needed, and contribute to achieving store goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights, to ensure you capitalize on demand, outperform goals, and maximize your earnings.
• Able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift.
• Must be able to move objects (including medium to large furniture items up to 75 pounds) from a lower to a higher position or horizontally from position-to-position and be able to assemble furniture while working on the selling floor.

• Take ownership of your performance, operating with confidence, strong decision-making, and disciplined execution to consistently meet and exceed sales goals and KPIs.
