Ideal candidates are energetic, dependable, and capable of working weekends and holidays while using CRM systems to support outreach and conversions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic periods including weekends, holidays and nights.
• Able to travel to local stores and meetings as required.
• Demonstrates integrity, judgment and trust in handling transactions and data.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism while executing sales process and following up to drive conversion.
• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business and brand advocacy.
