Job summary

Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help clients design products that fit their lifestyle and space. You will greet clients with energy, build genuine connections, and execute the Lovesac selling process to drive conversions.

In a fast-paced, customer-first environment, you will own the customer journey end-to-end, demonstrate product knowledge, and close sales while upholding brand standards and contributing to a positive team

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Ability to travel as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third-party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Effective communication skills and ability to manage conflict in a reasonable, nonconfrontational manner.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with energy and optimism, actively selling while executing the Lovesac selling process, maintaining a strong personal quote pipeline, and consistently following up to drive conversion.
• Own your customer journey end-to-end, using curiosity and adaptability to uncover needs, deliver exceptional service, and build lasting client relationships.
• Demonstrate strong product knowledge while creating a fun, engaging experience—delivering compelling brand tours, meaningful education, and confidently closing sales.
