Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to greet clients with energy, actively sell, and deliver an engaging in-store experience. You will discuss product features, answer questions, and close sales while maintaining brand standards.

The role emphasizes building lasting relationships, contributing to a positive customer experience, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. On-site store duties and adherence to company policies are required.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Must be able to travel locally to stores and vendors as required by the company.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift, and lift up to 75 pounds.
