Lovesac is seeking a Sales Associate to connect with customers, deliver remarkable results, and help design products that fit customers’ lifestyle and space. You’ll represent Lovesac brand with integrity while supporting store operations, product knowledge, and a goal‑driven sales process.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high‑traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to utilize technology for sales including demonstrating products, assisting customers and utilizing internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel, as required by the Company in its sole discretion, to local stores, third‑party vendors and for occasional meetings using various forms of transportation.
• Demonstrate excellent judgment, integrity, and trustworthiness in managing financial transactions, handling sensitive business and customer data, customer privacy and ensuring the comfort and safety of persons and property.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, up to 8 hours per shift; move objects up to 75 pounds; assemble furniture; and perform bending, twisting, kneeling, reaching, stooping, crawling, and climbing.
