Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service role.
• Must regularly work during high-traffic and peak selling periods, including weekends, holidays, and nights.
• Able to effectively utilize technology for sales and customer support including demonstrating products and using internal CRM systems.
• Must be able to travel to local stores, vendors and meetings as required.
• Demonstrate integrity, judgment, and trustworthiness in handling transactions and customer data.

Responsibilities

• Build genuine connections to foster loyalty, repeat business, and brand advocacy.
