Herman Miller in Walnut Creek, CA seeks a Sales & Design Specialist blending design sense with consultative selling to create spaces that support wellness and productivity. You’ll guide clients through a personalized journey, combining product knowledge with client-focused service.

You’ll report to the General Manager, drive store success, build relationships, and maintain premium shopping experiences, while handling transactions and orders accurately.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail sales or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.

Responsabilidades

• Inspire and educate clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Design tailored solutions that align with clients' needs and wellness goals.
• Drive sales by building strong client relationships and proactively following up on leads.
• Collaborate with the A&D community to grow brand awareness and partnerships.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders with accuracy and efficiency.
