West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Orlando to guide homeowners through our in-home design process for bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. You will build relationships, present options, and close agreements during a personalized sales session.

The role features a rotating schedule, two-hour sales appointments, ongoing training, and a pathway to high earnings with uncapped commissions and a bonus program. West Shore Home offers robust benefits and career growth.

Formación

• The ability to quickly connect with customers in any environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience; open to recent grads or those from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.

Responsabilidades

• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• Manage in-home sales appointments (about 2 hours each).
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Follow a rotating schedule with warm, pre-set leads and no cold-calling.
