Job summary

West Shore Home in Orlando is seeking a Design Consultant to serve as the primary contact for customers in their homes, delivering the West Shore Home sales method to secure agreements to purchase our products and services.

You will work a rotating schedule with weekend coverage and lead customers through a personalized one-call close process, benefiting from uncapped commissions and a year-end bonus plan. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience preferred, graduates and those from retail/hospitality welcome.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Must own a smartphone or smart device to log into company systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9:00 AM–7:00 PM and Sat 9:00 AM–2:00 PM.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
