You will meet customers in their homes, present our bathroom, flooring, window, and door remodel options, and guide them through the sale process. This role features a rotating schedule and emphasizes consultative selling and value-based discussions.

Competitive base salary with uncapped commissions and a year-one earning potential up to $200K+. Benefits include health, retirement, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• The ability to quickly connect with customers in the home environment.
• A competitive nature with a drive to succeed.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Previous sales experience or recent grads from retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles.
• Must have a smartphone to log into required systems using two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-home consultations to present West Shore Home products and options.
• Close sales and secure customer agreements for installations.
• Discuss product value and installation quality with customers.
• Collaborate with customers to fit solutions within their budget.
• Schedule and manage 2-hour sales appointments with customers.
