West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Dallas, TX to drive in-home sales of baths, flooring, windows, and doors. You will work a rotating schedule and use our proven one-call close method to secure customer agreements.

This role offers uncapped commissions with a base salary and a path to high earnings, along with training and ongoing team support. In-home visits and a customer-centric approach are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Previous sales experience is preferred; success in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles welcome.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule: Weeks 1–2 Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM–7:00 PM; Weeks 3–4 Tue–Fri 9–7 and Sat 9–2.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training workshops.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling or lead generation; all leads are warm and pre-set.
• Sell West Shore Home products and services leveraging the company sales method.
