Job summary

West Shore Home is seeking a Design Consultant in Charlotte, NC to drive in-home sales of bathrooms, flooring, windows, and doors. You will serve as the primary contact, presenting the West Shore Home sales method to secure customer agreements.

Expect a rotating schedule with weekday and weekend hours, a base salary plus uncapped commissions, and a first-year income potential up to $200K+. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly connect with anyone in an environment.

• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Previous sales or customer-facing experience preferred.
• Smartphone or smart device to access company systems with two-factor authentication.

Responsibilities

• Follow a monthly rotating schedule with evening availability.
• Attend weekly team meetings and training sessions.
• Guide customers through a personalized one-call close sales process.
• No cold-calling; all leads are warm and pre-set.
