Crate & Barrel CB2 is seeking a Designer who partners with customers to plan and design spaces, delivering the CB2 Experience. You will lead one-on-one design sessions, create moodboards and floor plans, and translate brand aesthetics into compelling solutions across store and virtual channels.

The role emphasizes customer engagement, project delivery within timelines, and staying current with design trends to drive sales and loyalty services.

Qualificações

• 1+ years of relevant experience in furniture sales or home decor design or retail/customer service.
• Experience working one-on-one with clients and recommending solutions.
• Proficient in Google platforms, virtual communication, design tool experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and create a differentiated experience through customer interactions and elevated design offerings.
• Create CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email, phone, and virtual design consults.
• Deliver projects in a timely manner within established timelines.
• Understand CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (Store, Online, Catalog).
• Meet sales, KPI and service goals while engaging customers using the four steps of selling.
• Stay informed on marketplace and design trends.
• Listen to customers to identify products meeting needs and communicate loyalty services when applicable.
• Model excellent service with a positive attitude across in-store, virtual, and home visits.
