Euromarket Designs Inc. is seeking an in-store Designer to help plan and design spaces, delivering the CB2 Experience through elevated design and customer service.

You will drive sales with personalized consultations, moodboards, and floor plans, both in-store and virtually. Ideal candidates have 1+ years in furniture or home decor design or retail customer service, strong communication, and proficiency with design tools and Google Suite.

Formación

• Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate brand vision to customers.
• Proficiency in Google Suite and floor planning.
• Up-to-date on current design trends.
• Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales and create elevated CB2 designs for customers in-store and virtually.
• Lead One on One Design consultations and deliver projects on timelines.
• Create moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration.
• Communicate CB2 brand aesthetics by channel and achieve sales KPIs.
• Stay informed on marketplace trends and engage customers with loyalty programs.
• Provide gracious, quick, and efficient service in-store, virtually, and in customers' homes if applicable.
