Responsibilities

Drive sales through enriched in-store and virtual customer interactions with elevated design offerings.
Create CB2 moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration for clients.
Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or remotely; deliver projects on time.
Apply CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel (store, online, catalog).
Meet sales, KPI and service goals; follow the four steps of selling.
Stay informed on market trends and design innovations.
Listen to customers to identify products and communicate loyalty services.
Exhibit positive service attitude on-site, virtually, and in customers' homes.
