Qualifications

• 1+ years in Furniture Sales or Home Decor design or retail customer service.

• Proficient with Google platforms and virtual communication.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver elevated CB2 design experiences in-store and virtually.
• Create moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration for clients.
• Lead one-on-one design consultations in person or via email/phone/virtual.
• Deliver projects on time while meeting store KPIs and service goals.
• Stay informed on CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategy by channel.
