Job summary

CB2 in Denver is seeking a Designer to help customers plan and design spaces, delivering elevated CB2 experiences through design expertise, teamwork, and friendly service.

You will lead One on One design consultations, create moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists, and style inspiration, and drive sales with in-store and virtual interactions.

The role requires knowledge of design concepts, strong communication, proficiency with design tools, and a passion for staying on trend.

Qualifications

• Understanding of basic design functions including spatial planning, fabric selection, lighting, interior design styles
• Excellent, effective, and timely communication skills, translating brand vision to customer needs
• Strong affinity for technology and proficiency with design tools and platforms
• Ability to stay up to date on current design trends and product offerings
• Proven track record of building long-lasting relationships with customers

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a differentiated experience through enriching customer interactions
• Create elevated CB2 designs using moodboards, 2D floor plans, product lists and style inspiration
• Lead One on One design consultations in person or virtually, delivering projects on time
• Align with CB2 brand aesthetics and merchandising strategies by channel
• Meet sales, KPI, and service goals while following the four steps of selling
• Stay informed on marketplace and industry trends
• Listen actively to identify products that meet customer needs and communicate loyalty services
